In fact, it is increasingly common for men to be "unwell", as evidenced by soaring rates of chronic disease, substance use and other addictions (i.e. pornography), suicide and mental health issues. Not to mention, life is just plain hard - so it's normal for men to experience various forms of gridlock or "dysfunction" over the course of their lives.
The good news is men are beginning to seek resources.
I choose to be a resource for men because I understand the unique needs and challenges that men face, and with nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, I understand how more traditional services fall short in meeting these needs.
I help men thrive by providing a holistic and modern approach to health and well-being that goes far beyond the gym. I offer one on one virtual sessions to help men develop their resources and create personalized plans to navigate and thrive through challenges and beyond.
Utilizing my experience as a psychotherapist, health coach, meditation teacher, and being a student of my own life, my services are part therapy, part coaching, part mentorship and part community.
